Through an advertisement aired on SportsCenter on ESPN, we learned that Drake's new album Certified Lover Boy will be released this Friday, September 3rd.

Hitherto silent on the release of his new album Certified Lover Boy, Drake decided to speed things up. And rather than doing it on social media or through a video uploaded to YouTube, it was on ESPN, the leading sports channel in the United States, that Drizzy decided to say more. During SportsCenter, a must-see morning fixture on the channel, an ad was added to the credits, as if it were a hack. For a few seconds, you can see a panel that simply reads "CLB, September 3" before the program resumes as if nothing had happened. A streak that obviously did not go unnoticed and has since started the craze on the other side of the Atlantic, since there is now no doubt that the project will be available in just a week.

Time for Kanye West to follow through on his plan?

Along with this huge announcement, several internet users immediately thought of Kanye West and Donda, who is still not available despite the 3rd listening session that took place this Thursday night in Chicago and the promises of Ye's manager. Obviously, it could be that the latter finally decides to also release his new album next week in order to compete with CLB, as some had imagined. A clash that would be reminiscent of what happened on September 11, 2007 between the same Kanye and 50 Cent, in a duel that had however been prepared in advance. Until then, Drake and Kanye may exchange new attacks as they did this week, after the appearance of Champagne Papi on the Trippie Redd project.

So this time it's the right one. @Champagnepapi unveiled the cover of “Certified Lover Boy” on his Instagram account. Created by British artist Damien Hirst, it features several pregnant women as emojis on a white background.
