Chefs, Cooks, Restaurateurs, Supper Clubs, do this! Add a zero food waste dish on your menu for the day, weekend, or week of Disco Soup Day, post it on your social media and Slow Food Sacramento will help you get the word out.

An all hands meet up means everyone gets together. Meet members, hear some updates, share some thoughts. Bring friends. Drinks and tacos By CHANA’S will be available at Empress !!!! The bar will be open.
MAY
The Joyful Dinner Series brings the mission of Slow Food to tables across the country. Restaurants donate and then create a special dish or an event and take the month to show the communities Slow Food values. Restaurants donate a small amount and become part of the movement.
